We are a purpose built facility. Consisting of Ballroom Venue, Outside Deck Area, adjacent Hospitality Suite and onsite Parking.
Adaptively reused and repurposed as a WORLD CLASS VENUE.
Puiblic Event Space. Outside Deck approved as a “Performance Area”.

History
Property dates back to 1888, and 1908 respectively. Denver was an outpost in the early settlement days… Larimer Street is named after William Larimer who was the founding father of Denver… This is the original street in Denver…
Constructed with huge hearth timber beams directly from the rugged front range. Timber dating back as old as 400 years. The main venue building originated as a luxury aut sales location.
This structure is an early representation of the Post Tention type construction. This allows for the wide-open space. No columns. This is what sets us apart in Denver…
The building got lucky.
In 2020, this property was transformed into what you see today. We are proud to say that this is an example of world class adaptive reuse.

OWNER - OPERATORS
The Owners are Sonia and Chadd Fox
Chadd started his event experience at an early age.
In college Mr. Fox created and hosted many events.
Highlights included:
1. Hosting Mr. Olympia as the president of the Weightlifting Club at Michigan Tech University.
2. Creating the annual Halloween Haunted House at Sigma Pi Fraternity. (Now in its 35th year of fundraising for the community)
3. Planning formals, reunion parties.
4. Weekly and monthly social parties including Tri-Bash, Winter Carnival, and Music festivals.
Sonia comes from Montenegro. Located on the southern coast of the Adriatic Sea… (The party capital of southern Europe)
She is skilled in logistics. She knows events, is experienced in the corporate world, and enjoys working with people.
During the 2021 and 2022 season, Upper Larimer hosted over 160 Events of all types.
From Fortune 50 company events, emerging Denver Unicorn events, Local and National Non-Profit events, Corporate Events (Product displays, speaker engagements, Trade Association meeting, Vendor style events, Educational Presentation Events), Food Events, Music Events, Pop Culture Events, Auctions, Fundraiser Events, Holiday parties and beautiful Wedding events. (Ceremonies, Cocktail Hour, and Receptions.)

We chose to blend the future with the past. This is accomplished by paying attention to the details. While providing all of today’s venue and event needs, we painstakingly preserved the details from the past.
A unique combination at Upper Larimer.
We connected the Venue and the House by creating the new Sun Deck. This outside area is beautifully landscaped. New details include the natural river stone wall, cedar framing, topped with vibrant hedges. Our Sun Deck is additionally wrapped with lush green landscaping and natural grass area, english ivy, various maple trees, and colorful shrubs to set the stage for your event.
Beauty, function and privacy are the key drivers for this urban space.
