Modern Industrial Ballroom Style. Dating back to 1908. Fully renovated and restored to highlight it’s original character and beauty in 2020. This Denver Wedding Venue is the perfect size for large or small events. Sized at 6,000 Square feet, with Capacity for upto 340 Person Seated. We have all new Air handling systems, new restrooms, new life safety systems, new Virus Elimination equipment. Flexible to accommodate any type of event. Public or Private event.

Think Hospitality Suite - This period-correct Victorian style house dates back to 1888. Fully updated to include original floors, doors, and windows. Added modern amenities including lounge furniture, oversized mirror, and vanity set. Use includes 4 private rooms and open lounge area. Use as a wedding Parlor, executive suite, planner suite, classic green room, break out room, or 20-person VIP Dinner Party.
Sun Deck

This beautiful Sun Deck is the perfect setting for your cocktail hour, dinner, or wedding ceremony. Located conveniently between the house and the venue. Fully landscaped and private. Take advantage of 300 days of sunshine here in Denver.
