TIPS ON HOW TO MANAGE YOUR COSTS
When planning a Non-Profit Event, it is important to consider all costs; not just the venue fee by itself. Savvy clients evaluate all 5 main costs items individually and add up for Total Event Costs.
1. VENUE - We are top quality, fully up to Code, fresh air for 340 guests and fire marshal approved.
2. BAR - For example: Some venues require mandatory in-house bar service which results in higher costs. At Upper Larimer we offer the flexibility of BYOB option, allowing you to source your own Liquor which helps your budget. While you utilize our approved Bar Tending Vendor without compromising on quality of Service.
3. FOOD - We have sorted thru 200 Vendors. We know the capabilities of the market. Let us help align the proper services.
4. DECORATIONS - Venue is pre-decorated with Curtains, Ivy Decorations, various plants. Ask about Venue Inventory.
5. ENTERTAINMENT - We have a High Quality A/V system to satisfy most needs up to the highest tech and functionality to get those great moments recorded.
