POLICY NOTES
- A signed contract and 50% venue fee are due at booking
- Venue access includes setup, event time, and teardown
- Additional hours available upon request for those special requests (all at a modest additional cost)
- Preferred vendor list that we specially curated is available to bring your vision to life. Flexibly or bring in your own vendors upon approval (at a modest fee.)
- Catering policies to ensure a high-quality professional event
- A wedding planner or event coordinator is required based on event type (you will be amazed how much time and effort our in-house coordination services will save you) let our experience work for you.
- Available hours of operation: as early as 7 AM to as late as 1 AM
- Setup and cleanup are included with catering service for ease and convenience.
